Welcome to The Midlands Dog Whisperer's website.

Hello.  My name is Richard Carruthers.  I am a dog behaviourist.  I specialise in helping dogs with problems.  I live in Leicestershire and will cover the midlands area primarily.

I work with all breeds of dog and aim to stabilise unbalanced behaviour.  I do this using simple, calm, effective and gentle proven techniques.

I learnt from Glen Stamford, The UK Dog Whisperer, who took his tuition from Cesar Millan, the original Dog Whisperer.

I have completed level two of his three level Dog Behaviour and Psychology course.  I am now looking to increase my experience by working with dogs and their owners on a free basis for a limited time.  All I ask is that you consider donating to my fuel costs to get to you.

Its not just about your dog, its about YOU too.  I aim to rehabilitate the dog but also educate you about dog psychology.  

My role is to get a dog's owner to understand their dog and apply the rules, boundaries and limitations that the dog lives in that ensures a trust and respect that ultimately leads to a balanced and happy dog.

The result is a stabilised and content dog and a happier you.
